You did a great job. I think one of the hardest things for me to learn when quilting is there are times when you should not be so matchy-matchy with the fabrics. One of the more unusual things to learn with my miniature quilts was that you really needed to use fabrics with a high contrast in order for your pattern to really shine and pop out. Mini quilts are a lot less forgiving then larger ones and take alot of work. It can sure take more time to do a mini than a lap quilt. Love doing mini's, but stopped for awhile to finish some large quilts for our children and grandchildren. You have inspired me to post some pictures.
