I did that with some "quilting quotes" a few years ago!! Our guild had an "ugly fabric" challenge at our quilt show last year. So I used the ugly fabric as borders around the "quotes" and WON!!! LOL. Now you are going to make me find the pics and post them; arent you!!!

I bought it in Cornwall UK at a small quilt shop. It was the last one. It's made by Nutex and called Quilting Quips. I have searched for more on line and found it on Ebay here in Uk.
