Agree with Leslie - except I would be tempted to do them on point with sashing made out of your baskets' background white - put on a 2" or 3" inner border using one of the fabrics from your basket, then a 4" or 6" outer border out of the same white. On the outside white border I would appliqued curvy vines and simple appliqued flowers using the same fabrics as in your baskets. Binding could be the same fabric as the inner border. If you do all of the above, your quilt should be just about the right size to go on the bed that it is on in your photo.
