I have done some sewing before just not consistantly and it really looks homemade. So I need to polish up my skills, and V hasn't really ever sewn before. I have some of the basic tools. only a couple I don't have from the list some other posters gave me. I also have material from clothing I was going to make and didn't cause the things I chose were difficult and I got stuck, stuff got stuck in bins and I forgot. Thanks for the advice about the pillowcases. I have seen kits and thought about getting some to do. I think the doll quilt will be perfect for V's first project with me.
