I used a Crayola washable marker to mark the last quilt I quilted. Since I was quilting it on my Janome 6600 it took a couple of weeks from the time I first started until I got the binding finished and put the quilt in the wash. I used the marker with the light pink cap as I have heard there are some colors that don't wash out as well as others. Every mark I made came out in the wash.
