I've used it with no problems. If your pattern is nice & open it's great, but as with all tissues etc. if your pattern design is small & fiddly there are teensy pieces to pick out afterwards. I read some place that it's probably not the greatest thing for your machine because the needle could poke the little pieces of plastic wrap down into your machine workings, but I would think the same goes for most of the different papers etc. that are on the market. JMHO
