Definitely a keeper. I started a string quilt (like Ditters) out of plaids. I did several rows and disliked it very much, way to busy. My husband didn't care for it either. It looked like Paul Bunyon yakked up all his plaid shirts. A friend was over one day, I showed it to her and she said it wasn't as bad as I thought and to keep going. I did and now it's one of our favorite quilts. I say keep going, I think it looks great.
