I do not like what I am reading here. I do not by hamburger very offen but this week will be buying a lot of it for my son's 40th birthday dinner. For all the adults, except 2 very picky adult eaters I will have to make 8 stuffed bell peppers, for the 2 picky ones a couple of meatloafs without onions and for the little ones and teenagers hamburger patties. So I will need a lot of ground beef. I buy the low fat (90/10) ones but might have to downgrade to ground round (80/20) this time. The price of green peppers is also through the roof!
