Yes, the videos are a great help! Seeing is believing!LOL Utube has many different ones too. I just taught a friend that hand quilts how to stipple on the machine and she picked it right up. I used some scrap fabrics sandwiched w/batting and had her drop the feed dogs w/open toe on the machine..then think like a puzzle. Actually for a large quilt, you could use those big puzzle piece(s) as a guide till you get the hand of it. You just meander around and work your way back. You will love this for it is so much fun! *Who did learn a tid-bit to use a marker, hold it upright and then meander on a magazine that you are going to recycle anyways. Flip the page and keep going to get the feel of it. I learned that
