I love the scrappy look! My favorite of the 3 background fabrics is the first one because of the contrast it offers...which helps define the colors of the small blocks. But I'm intrigued by another color that I see in the blocks. There's a reddish/rust burgundy kind of color that I think is really nice. If this is a possibility for you...it could be another good color to consider as part of your border. I think it could really make the colors pop! Happy quilting!
