Upon first arriving in a quilt or fabric store, I go the sale rack first and find anything I like, then see what percent is taken off. Sometimes if you finish a bolt, you get even more off. If I really like the fabric and the bolt has little on it with the deal, I finish it off.

Then, I go to the sections/colors that hold the collections I have that I build on.
