This is kind of what happened. The doctor's office gave a prescription to someone with my name, but spelled differently. I have an a in my last name she has an i. Because the pharmacy spelled her name incorrectly they got me out of the computer instead of her. Meanwhile she doesn't have her prescription and I can't believe she hasn't called them before now. You would think that the doctor's office would give more information to the pharmacy so these things don't happen.
