Having many ailments , P M R amongst them and taking 5 mg cortison daily from 2005 ,I went to se a rheumatologist who has said that there is clear evidence of cushings syndrome, I do NOT believe this, the syptoms that I see listed are not relevant to me, ok, am obese and type 2 diabetic but apart from that nothing relevant---my skin is thin thro warfarin/steroids and I bruise easily, as have arthritis have had a" dowagers hump ", have bad sweats/nausea/dizzyness but this is due to the victoza injection for diabetes, but little else .
is there anyone with this and can they tell me more, also has anyone had a misdiagnosis. thanks.
