the other thing i like about re-packing ground meat (besides the price) is that i can flatten out the packs and stack them like boards. they take up much less room that way and i can take advantage of the next sale. dh makes fun of me, but that's partly what pays for his vacations. it all adds up. soon, the garden will start producing. nothing like a good jersey beefsteak tomato.
we get the started seedlings from rutgers university on their annual spring aggie sale day.
