To freeze, you mix one in a sandwich baggie and then place all the baggies in a freezer ziplock gallon bag. When you mix it in the sandwich baggie, if you are going to use it for eating mix 1/8 tsp of salt in it. If you are going to use them for baking mix 1/8 tsp sugar in it. If you are not using extra large eggs then just use a pinch of salt or sugar. Works great and they keep for a year or so.
With a coupon from the store, I bought one dozen eggs for 78 cents a dozen and $1.48 for a pound of butter. We can still get a few good deals. Edie
