Yes, this has happened to me, all too frequently at JoAnn's. I returned the cut piece of fabric which they first remeasured & then proceeded to cut the correct length. I did email JoAnn's also to let them know that this happened. They wanted to know the store & would contact the manager but I told them what I did and not to bother. Then, I noticed just this week I went to JoAnn's to just get a 1/2yd & they measured the length on the folded edge but the salvage end was shorter than the edge they used to measure & cut. I did not speak-up,thinking this would be held against me. Yes, give me a kick!
