Here is a link to a page on their website. There is an e-mail address and a phone number. I would contact them and see if they can supply you with an owners manual. Maybe they can even e-mail you a picture of the thread path. I'm with Scrappy Happy..once I get it threaded, I just tie on the end and pull the new thread thru. I learned that on my serger.
