I would not have been able to resist either...that is why I have soooo much fabric stash. I would try to do a quilt/wall hanging. You may be able to look up on the fabric website to see what they did with it and get some ideas/inspiration from there. These kind of panels are tricky for a quilt or wall hanging just because of the odd sizes but you could always fabric frame them to come up with a universal size square and add fabrics from you stash to see what you come up with.
