Sewjoyce,
I usually buy my wholecloth kits at big quilt shows. I think you can also get them through catalogues and probably on line. I have a queen size white on white that I finished years ago. I also have a kit to make another one that I haven't started yet. The companies that sell stencils often have small ones say 24" by24". I pick up several of them when I go to a big show. They make great small wallhangings or pillows. They are nice and portable so I usually take one with me on trips or cruises for something to do. I like doing them because they are already marked. Basting and marking are the chores I like the least. I have a king size blue star top I purchased from a vendor at a guild show 4 years ago. When she has time I am going to get a friend who is a long armer to baste it for me.
I love the cheaters panels. They make great gifts for various occasions and again are portable and doable in a realitivly short amount of time. I made 4 of them for gifts for my best buddies in our little Bee this past Christmas.
