A friend of mine in Nova Scotia goes to a neighbor for fabric, thread, etc. The woman operates out of her house certain days/week but will open if she's there and you call wanting something. So, it can be done. With the eBay thing also - I think it could really work. As for the sheep in the yard, that's good manure, isn't it? Maybe you can bag it and sell to the quilters who also like to garden! :lol:
