Seems to me this is a lot more than quilting!! That would make a difference if you are doing the photo copying including the message under the photo. Why don't you take the quilt to a local quilt store and see if they will advise you. If one friend wanted one I would just do it but 3! You would be $$ in the hole! I would not think less than $300-$350. I willl be interested in what you decide so please post! And Good Luck. That wall hanging is a marvelous masterpiece and keepsake. I commend you!
