Y'all are so great! All I did was make a small quilt the width of the chair. I used polar fleece for the batting and did not put a backing on it. The fleece really clings to the chair upholstery! The arm covers are just a square of the upholstery fabric a wide casing on one end that I fed a string through and tacked down on each end to make it conform to the shape of the arm a little.
