I use Connecting Threads 100% Cotton thread they sell all the time and really like it! I used to use Star thread, but changed to Connecting Threads after a friend gave me a spool and am a complete believer in it! Don't know much about Coats and Clark, but used to use it when I sewed my own clothes and doll clothes many, many years ago. And its more in my price range!
