All of mine also drop the feed dogs for darning and FMQ. I also like the different colors they come in, and badged with the different names. Hard to date and track, but still neat all the same.

Also I have a 1954 66 that has reverse, but actually says backtack on the stitch regulator.
Thank you, Melinda! I'll add you to the list of enablers...:lol: Now to go back and check that machine out further. I'm thinking if it has it's power cord I'll get it. If not... I don't know. It may be hard to replace.
I'm pretty sure the 66s only got that backtack feature (a few sts in place) and not a true reverse. Mine doesn't even have a backtack, so I just sort of hang onto the fabric if I want more sts to backtack with. It works fine.
