This is the way I like them too. I also like stale marshmallows. If you let them get stale (chewy stage) then put them in the freezer, they will make a crunching sound on the first bite. They thaw very quickly to the chewy stage that they were when you put them in the freezer. My husband thinks I'm crazy and just shakes his head when he hears me crunch into one!
