Yep, I can see how you could do that.
I have just finished the 6th of 7 rag quilts for my granddaughters and each one is different. The circle cutter I used for 3 of them, circles graduating from 2 1/2 in to 5.
It has certainly made my life easier.....BUT....I still maintain it takes practice. And I agree with everyone....it's a great tool.
