You don't have to put the seam in the middle...Use the 45 inch in the middle and add a piece on either side...Then add a coordinating piece to the bottom or each side...
You do as above... seam on each side and Then... make a strip to run up the seam line of the same material and sew it on top of the seam. Or use a coordinating print to be sewn up the seam... make your own statement :) Have fun...
