Hi and welcome from Southern California! Hard for me to advise how to get interested in a project from start to finish--I have never NOT finished a project-I love everything I have done-(from small wall quilts to king size) and it seems each new project becomes my favorite (until the next!!). Maybe start with a small quilt with a killer fabric and with your favorite method (so far). Or find a quilting buddy to get together with maybe once a week or twice-for the sole purpose of just working on your quilt. Anyway, good luck-you should tap into this board regularly for encouragement and inspiration!
