I was curious too, as I had lived in WI all of my live up until the fall of 07 when we moved to NC. Anyway I had never heard of Merton either, so looked it up this morning and found that it is a little southwest of Menomonee Falls just off of highway 83.
By the way your aviator pic is very nice, like the colors.
