You can take my advice or leave it but I'd say that this is not an ideal OBW fabric. There's too much plain background, apart from the large open daisies, the print is too small and there's not enough colour variation. Of course it will make a pretty quilt as it's pretty fabric :D but you won't get the full kaleidoscope OBW effect with it. You could be happy with that, or you could decide to go ahead anyway then jazz it up with cubes or applique, but I just didn't want you to be disappointed. :-D
As Gaigai and Earthwalker have said, you should really get one of the Maxine Rosenthal books, if you haven't already. It's not only her step by step instructions with photos that are clear and invaluable, it's also her very explicit guidelines on choosing fabric and then on the principles of a successful design layout. It's really worth the investment if you want to be successful at this. :-D
