Rules need to be in place. It's good common sense to not overstuff so that the package we are shipping doesn't end up torn.
I agree with both comments. I don't mind following the rules regarding rates and packaging.
This week I received a jelly roll packed into one of those mailers. I was surprised to see that it went for $4.95. Although the contents were intact I could see the possibility for damage.
