I was working on cutting table and have 2 different containers with hundreds !! of straight pins. These containes both have lids that I don't remember to put back on when not using.
Needless to say I'm sure you can all see where I am going with this. I was so into what I was doing and both containers were sitting on a pile of crap and I pushed something and they both went flying all over into all the crap on the floor and will have to carefully be weeded out now !!!
I'm going to go and have a good cry now.
Now, there, there...if this will make you feel any better...a few weeks ago, my BFF came over and she was sewing and I was cutting out a quilt and we were sharing a bottle of chocolate wine. Dummy me had my glass on the cutting table and ....you guessed it, I spilled it!! Thankfully none got on the fabric, but made a horrible mess on the wall and the carpetting!!
