My daughter called earlier today and said her electric was off..If I needed to call best to call on the cell phone..she lives about 40 miles east of Williams...they have had 3 or 4 tornado watches in the past couple of days. She also said there is a weak spot possible crack in the levee so they might have to evacuate if it breaks...we went through that when I lived in Yuba City in the late 1990's..we were out of our house for 4 days. It broke but it went to the east side and flooded Marysville. Yuba City is on the west side of the river so it wasn't affected.
