Would probably be the USPS worst offender, as I often re-construct a box,
use alot of tape, etc. But my area has the best clerks in the world, are
never offensive, and so I am one who is happy paying whatever the cost.
And, yes, I ship ALOT of books, fabric, quilts, etc. etc. every month.
