My lovely, kind, helpful postal worker gave me a sample of all their mailers and how much they cost. She advised that they do have a Priority Mail mailing envelope made out of tyvek (it's tuff!) and it goes by weight. This would be the cheapest way to go. I love my postal employees, Betty, Marilyn and Patti.
