LOL... I love to fry bologna for breakfast, like it's bacon or something. Husband thinks I'm nutters. It's the Mainer in me. We do wierd things like that!
I can't beleive someone else fries bologna! Fried bologna with melted cheese and mustard sandwiches. The best. But I am originally a Mainer too.
But I'm a Kansas raised girl and I eat fried bologna but I like catsup on mine.
Dinner is pesto pasta with shrimp, sundried tomatoes and artichokes. And olive bread is in the oven now and smells yummy.
