You could try your local library. Ours has children's books in several languages.
My library has a very small selection and it's all spanish... or italian ... and the one near school is Spanish or German (Still very ethnic neighborhoods...) It's a temp solution, but the Spanish books I'll be giving to my niece (I'm going to try and make her bilingual, she's young enough to pick up on it, she just turned a year old.)
