No, I have a large screen. But what DOES irritate the dickens out of me is the type of forwarded messages that have about three HUGE words on each and every darn line. Takes me ages to get to the bottom and by then I don't care in the least what it says.
Most of the time I go over it and reduce the letters to about size 14, much easier to read.
