I can highly recommend this book. I have lived in Spain for nearly 10 years now. This gives you a great understanding of how the words are used:

Madrigalīs Magic Key to Spanish by Margareta Madrigal
Mucha Suerte a ti

Japanese sorry I canīt help you with that, only one phrase which is quite nice, "Domo Arigato Gozimashita" (Thank you for visiting)
