I have done a lot of black and white quilts. One thing I try to do in most of them is have a "small" pop of one other color - like yellow or red or pink or lime green. And right now I'm designing (in my head) a black, white and silver embroidered anniversary quilt in crepe backed satin. Do it! You'll be amazed at how stunning it is.
