go to ebay "help" and type in "block a bidder" and follow directions and add her name at the end...
I blocked her/him as a bidder but does that block them from emailing me through ebay on the item I have listed?

contact ebay and turn her in !!
she is in violation of the rules.
If you don't she is free to roam ebay and do the same to others and that is just not fair.
