Here it is.... a long time coming.
Back in January, I started a quilt/ baby blanket for a friend.
This is my first completed quilt, as I have only been sewing about 6 months.
It is not the best work, but I can see improvement in the few months that I have been working on it.
I hand quilted the butterflies and the dragonflies. I also learned that I needed more contrast between my quilting thread and fabric. It's a process. :oops:
Also, I learned how to use my sewing machine.... I have been sewing everything down the wrong side... no wonder why my quilting foot seemed ineffective!! doh
