Easy & delish:
TROPICAL SMOOTHIE
1 cup vanilla non fat yogurt
1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 banana
2 Tbsp coconut (optional)
3 ice cubes
Mix in a blender till smooth. Makes 2 cups. You can change out ingredients, such as adding fresh berries instead of canned pineapple and substitute any fruit juice for the OJ. I always start with the 1 cup yogurt and the 1/2 banana as my base. I think the banana is there for consistency moreso than flavor. If you really want to make it healthy, substitute wheat germ for coconut.
