It's Queen size with a single sheet size backing of muslin type material.
I just knew I wanted to find a completely handmade one that struck me as pretty.
If you measure the 'sad' triangles, to make a pattern, and add 1/4 inch to your drawing, you can press the 1/4 inch to the back, and applique the patches in place. Good as new.
