Yes, they are worth every penny spent on them. I have them all over my sewing room. I "had" two of the Ott floorlamps. My daughter called me when we were in Az and said "Mom I borrowed one of your nice lamps in the sewing room, I will bring it back when you guys get home".. Guess what? that was 2 years ago. Oh well, we do things like that for our children. I sure wouldn't want her to go blind because I took my lamp back..LOL
Time to buy her one for her birthday. Maybe she would get the hint that you would like yours back. Or better yet suggest that as a gift you would like. K
