I finally got it open this morning. Have never seen that message before, so was a little confused as to what it could mean - no indication of whether it was something in the document or something about my computer. Also, I left a message on their website, and the owner sent me a copy. Wasn't that nice? I was just about to start a quilt using my Bali Pops, so that is great information to have.
