Just a guess, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with pulverized crumbs, bake on cookie pan maybe 12 to fifteen minutes?
My recipe for white potato pie is to put hot scalloped potatoes into an already baked ordinary pie crust.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, bake a couple of minutes until the cheese melts, if you need to... Serve wedges!
