Block # 69 Practical Orchard
1. Dark T # 1 Cut a strip 2-1/2" x 10-1/2" then every 2-1/2" to get four squares.
2. Med T # 1 Repeat step 1.
3.Dark T # 20 Cut a square 2-5/8" then in half diagonally.
4. Med T # 20 Repeat step 3.

Block # 70 Prairie Queen
1. Med T # 1 Cut one 2-1/2" square.
2. Med T # 3 Cut two 2-7/8" squares*..mark a line diagonally.
3. Dark T # 3 Repeat step 2 to * then take one med & one dark T # 3..place them right sides facing..sew a scant 1/4" seam on both sides of the marked line. then cut on line.
4. Light T # 19 Cut two strips 1-1/2" x 6-1/2" then every 1-1/2" to get eight squares.
5. Dark T # 19 Repeat step 4.
