I am looking for a receipe for Potato Pie - not sweet potato pie. My mother, who has now passed away, used to use cold boiled potatoes and I don't know what - spread them out on a edged cookie sheet and bake - would love to have the receipe for that - have looked through her cookbooks and all of mine and cannot find anything. I tried one that added sugar and milk, wasn't a match. My mother was 100% Finnish if that helps at all.
