Plain old melting ice works fine. (ice from the freezer is below freezing, I run cold water on the ice to "warm" it to 32 degrees)
Handy to know if you absent mindedly pick up the wrong end of a soldering iron.
Keep it on the burn and it won't blister. If you get a really bad burn and see the raw red flesh, just get emergency care ASAP, DON"T put salve on it for the doctor to wipe off (Oh do that hurt!)
